Labrix — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Labrix ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Labrix provides a software-as-a-service platform operated by Hydrocore. We may modify the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & access

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) interfere with other users; (d) reverse engineer the Service.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case in accordance with Canada consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

Labrix and all materials provided are owned by Hydrocore. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to data processing as described there.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canada law, Hydrocore's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via account settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
